Sascha Funke's latest EP bears all of the aural hallmarks of his chosen collaborator, Niklas Wandt. The latter is arguably best known for his percussive, off-kilter tropical cuts produced alongside Jan "Wolf Muller" Schulte, but has also been involved in numerous new wave and krautrock style bands. Hints to all of these musical inspirations can be heard throughout the EP, from the stylish spoken word vocals and chugging krautrock grooves.
